Hotel Policies

A valid credit card is required for guarantee of reservation at the time of booking and will be charged the day of Check-In for room and taxes.
A credit card will be required upon Check-In for a $250 pre-authorization for security deposit and incidentals.
Handicap accessible rooms are based on room availability at time of reservation.

Check-In is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
Check-Out is 11:00 AM.

Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs will be given consideration and review, subject to the business of the hotel at time of request.

All rates include complimentary parking and WiFi.
All guest room rates are subject to taxes of 15%.

Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to 4 PM day of arrival to incur no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of one night room and tax.

A housekeeping request form can be filled out after Check-In for any guests staying two nights or more, which includes additional room cleaning services such as:

•  Extra towels
•  Toiletries
•  Bedding changed
•  Garbages emptied
•  Coffee refreshed
•  Etc

In compliance with Capital Regional District clean air policies, all our rooms, balconies, and common areas are smoke-free. An additional $500 charge will be billed to your credit card for smoking e-cigarettes, tobacco cigarettes or cannabis in the guest rooms, balconies or on the patios. All smoking is prohibited within 10 metres of any building.
Smoking is only permitted in the back parking lot at the designated smoking area. It is the aim of this policy to provide a healthy environment for all our guests.

Excessive noise between 10 PM and 9 AM and extra cleaning required, is subject to $500 per night.
An extra cleaning fee of $500 per night will be applied to guests who bring unauthorized pets into the hotel rooms.

Extra charge applies for triple/quad occupancy - $20 per night per adult; children 12 years and under are complimentary.
