Salt Spring Island is a magical place to say “I Do” and there is no better location to celebrate your big day than at Harbour House Hotel, Restaurant and Organic Farm. With indoor and outdoor function space you will have a unique wedding day that you and your guests will always remember. We offer three deluxe harbour view rooms, 21 harbour view rooms and 12 standard rooms so there is plenty of room for your wedding party and guests to stay and enjoy your celebrations. We are delighted to have Still Point Yoga Studio on site to make sure you are relaxed for your big day.
We have a beautiful organic farm and orchard to act as a stunning backdrop for your wedding photographs. Not to mention we are located directly across from the Marina which boasts the most amazing sun rises on the island!
Our restaurant uses only the finest products and our Chef, Paul Stewart, is very passionate about using vegetables, fruits and herbs from our own organic farm. Fresh artisan breads, sauces and dressings are all made in house from local and sustainable ingredients and they are sure to wow you and your guests at your reception. Chef Stewart will be happy to meet with you to ensure your wedding menu will reflect your style and palate and wow your guests!

Harbour House Hotel has many options for ceremony and reception sites. Whether your guest list is 20 or 120 we have indoor and outdoor venues that will provide the ideal atmosphere for your “I Do’s”.
The Orchard Room
Our large indoor Orchard banquet room can host up to 120 people for seated banquet or up to 160 people for a stand up reception. It offers a full service bar, coatroom, fireplace, stage and washroom facilities.
The Crofton Room
The Crofton Room is suitable for more intimate events and can also be set up for a banquet sit down dinner for up to 40 people or 50 people for a stand up reception. There is a patio adjoining this room for an outdoor cocktail style reception. Bar set up is available, and washrooms are located nearby just outside the Crofton room near the lobby of the hotel.
The Apple Orchard
If you have always dreamed of an outdoor wedding, the orchard is a spectacular licensed outdoor space with views of the marina and our Organic Farm. This lovely area can seat up to 120 people for your ceremony and 160 people in a stand up reception. We can assist you with catering options or renting outdoor tables, chairs, sound system and tent.
