Hotel Policies
- Check- in is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am
- All rates are subject to HST
- All rates include complimentary parking and wireless internet service
- Extra room charges apply for triple/quad occupancy - $25 per night per adult; free for children under 12 years of age
- Pet friendly rooms are available - $20 extra charge per night per pet
- Handicap accessible room bookings are based on room availability at time of reservation
- For cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival, there is no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to full stay charges for applicable room and tax
- Credit card required for guarantee of room reservations at time of booking and pre-authorization at check-in to secure the guest room
- The Harbour House is a non-smoking hotel environment; there will be a $250 fee applied to the stay if smoking has occurred in-room. Thank you for your understanding
