In the restaurant, Chef Brooke Winters creatively uses vegetables, fruit and herbs grown in our own organic garden to create meals that are a feast for the senses. Fresh artisan breads, sauces, and dressings are created in-house from local, sustainable ingredients grown on-site. Take a tour of the farm; then, join us for great food with live entertainment every Saturday & Sunday evening from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

My greatest foundation in cooking, is to cook with love. To truly love something we must fight the urge to change it. My passion comes from allowing food to stand out in its natural, beautiful state. Sure, I enjoy the culinary indulgences of presenting things in new ways and creating innovative and unusual pairings. But, in my heart, it is the true love of the ingredients and where they come from that inspires me.
